The role involves converting data into reliable information through the development of analytical tools and reports. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in relevant fields, be proficient in tools like Excel and Power BI, and possess experience in Data Science or business administration. This position offers a hybrid work model with on-site requirements three times a week.

Job Description

Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x / week

What you will do (responsabilities) :

Support the Aftersales business transformation through the conversion of our data sources into valuable reliable and timely information by developing tools analysis and reports to understand our business performance and clients behaviors in the different business channels.

Develop and support the Aftersales Business Intelligence strategy through the development of tools for analyzing the performance of all business lines and the main KPIs : Sell in Sell out customer retention analysis by segment and sales channel etc. . In order to provide the different teams and leadership with the necessary information to make the best business decisions.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications) :

Bachelors in business Statistics Applied Mathematics Financial Engineering Administration Computer Science or related fields

Proficient in the use of technological tools (Excel Power BI Python SQL and Knime for Data Science)

Minimum intermediate knowledge in English language

Experience in a business administration or Data Science in a strategic or analytical role

Have a track record of delivering productized models with proven business impact

Knowledge and experience in training and applying algorithms to solve business problems

Proven experience on aftersales automotive segment is desirable
