Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Regional Pricing professional for Brazil to support Latin America pricing for all products. You will analyze economic and competitive data, develop value-based pricing, and guide stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability.

The role requires presenting to senior management, strong business acumen, and on-site work five days a week in Brazil. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or IT.
• Fast-paced environment experience and comfort presenting to senior management.
• Pre-Advanced English; intermediate Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data on economics, pricing, profitability, and forecasts to recommend actions.
• Develop advanced pricing strategies for new and existing products and services.
• Provide thought leadership on pricing governance and price realization.

Job Purpose

Regional pricing team in Brazil covers all Latin America territory, for all products.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, interprets and communicates a wide variety of data (economic and competitive environment, revenue and profitability, as well as sales history and forecasts, prices, discounts and price realization) to generate business insights and recommend actions that maximize sales and profitability
• Develops advanced strategic pricing recommendations for new and existing products and services, driving value-based pricing
• Provides thought leadership to key stakeholders in developing pricing strategies for new and existing products and services
• Executes strategic and tactical pricing actions within a robust pricing governance framework to implement future price changes
