Location
This role will be based in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
Ensures DEI principles are embedded into design and leads benchmarking and integrates external best practices to ensure relevance and impact.
Ensures technology solutions effectively support programs.
ADMINISTRATION: Oversees the day-to-day administration of programs and related processes within area of focus, ensuring strong operational execution, tracking and alignment with program goals, timeline and stakeholder needs.
MEASUREMENT: Ensures development and analysis of program metrics to assess effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives, soliciting quantitative and qualitative feedback from key stakeholders, benchmarking against external standards, and delivering actionable insights to the COE and businesses to support continuous improvement, program transparency and adoption of programs.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners across stakeholders to gather input, build organizational capability, and drive adoption and organizational buy-in of programs.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Manages vendor relationships to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality service delivery, while staying current on best practices, tools and methodologies - and identifying opportunities to integrate them into program design, technology enablement and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience in HR, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
