A global technology company in Jandira, Brazil, is seeking an experienced administrative technician for its Human Resources department. The role involves developing administrative tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Candidates should have a higher education background in administration, solid knowledge of computer systems, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR. Proficiency in local languages and basic English is essential, along with experience in HR management tools.
Develop the administrative task and the relative documentation computing processing for its department, according to the instructions and the administrative flows established by its responsible in order to obtain documents with quality in time.
Keep updated all documents relate to the department and give support in the preparation of documents, reports and statistics related with the area.
Complete statements under the supervision of the responsible technician.
Carry out the necessary documentation according to the procedures / rules applicable in each case.
Manage the internal information between the different departments.
Collaborate in the update and correct compliance of policies and procedures within the Human Resources department and the areas under its responsibility, ensuring HR life cycle functions.
Communicate with public services and support in HR management tools (Successfactors, Hispins, Clocking ).
Assist in the reports both local and to the corporation as in other specific or ad-hoc tasks.
Support to the department in data collection of the several control systems.
Update and control the information IT tools of the area.
Produce invoices, delivery notes, receives, orders and carry out the sales, charges, unpaid or other productive activities, calculation monitoring.
Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving of the OHSE and Quality Department.

Academic background :
Higher education or professional training, mainly in administration
Solid knowledge in computer and system
Languages :
Fluent local languages & Basic English (spoken & written)
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years as administrative technician in human resources department
