• Manage the benchmarking workflow and its traceability, ensuring the recording, documentation and sharing of the knowledge generated.
• Support the management of metrics, initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage contracts with partners and external suppliers.
• Plan and coordinate the calendar of meetings, events, institutional visits, and the hosting of partner companies.
• Prepare executive materials, comparative reports, and managerial presentations.
• Support the CSC (Shared Services Center) in participating in market research, awards, and specialized forums.
• Consolidate learnings, insights, and market trends for internal dissemination.
• Act as a focal point with organizations such as ABSC, IEG, and other strategic partners.
• Support management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Intermediate Excel skills
