Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. - C41 is seeking a Space Management Process & Systems Engineer to own and drive continuous improvement and standardization across First Mile operations in Brazil.

Formación

• Experience with Six Sigma tools or Lean techniques in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Background as an industrial/operations/manufacturing/project engineer preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across Space Management using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven analysis.
• Establish benchmarking standards and drive standardization across multiple sites.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams to identify opportunities and deploy scalable solutions.
• Develop SMEs, coach site leadership on CI tools and methodologies to build a continuous improvement culture.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain standard work documents, SOPs, and best practices for Space management.
• Influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations and program updates.

The Customer Fulfillment (CF) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Space and Config team is looking for a committed Space Management Process & Systems Engineer (PSE) with a strong record of achieving results to own and drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence across First Mile operations. This role will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost within the Brazil network.

The Customer Fulfillment (CF) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Space and Config team is looking for a committed Space Management Process & Systems Engineer (PSE) with a strong record of achieving results to own and drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence across First Mile operations. This role will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost within the Brazil network.

Key job responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across Space Management, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology and data-driven analysis.
• Establish and maintain benchmarking standards, setting network-level rates and driving process sustainability and standardization across multiple sites.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams to identify network-level opportunities, eliminate process variation, and deploy scalable solutions.
• Drive stakeholder development by building continuous improvement culture, developing SMEs, and coaching site leadership on CI tools and methodologies.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance gaps, develop actionable insights, and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain standard work documentation, SOPs, and best practices for Space.
• Influence senior leadership through data-driven recommendations and program updates.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques, or experience in similar environments
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in oral and written communication in English
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives
• Experience as an industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field
• Experience with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems
• Experience in operations management of fulfillment or distribution centers
