Job Description

As our Accounting Analyst you will join our Financial Department team in Barueri-SP, Brazil where we strongly believe that working hard and having fun are two compatible elements. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented tax analyst to join our team. As a Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization’s compliance with tax laws and regulations while optimizing our tax position. This role has some specific regular tasks but also has many ad hoc tasks.

Tasks

• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate tax returns for various types of taxes
• Research complex tax issues and provide recommendations to management
• Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Conduct regular reviews of tax processes to ensure compliance and efficiency IFS
• Prepare and review tax provisions for financial statements
• Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants on tax-related matters
• Stay up to date on changes in Brazilian tax laws and regulations, especially in tax reform.
• Develop and maintain tax-related documentation and support for audits
• Tax calculation (Monthly)
• (PIS, Cofins, ISS, INSS, PCC, IR, CIDE, IRRF)

• IRRF s/ folha e INSS
• Tax report - DCTF (Monthly)
• Tax report - DCTF Web (Monthly)
• Tax report - Reinf Monthly)
• Tax report - ECF (Yearly)
• Tax report - DIRF (Yearly)
• Tax report – EFD Contribuição (Monthly)
• Central Bank report - Bacen (Yearly)
• Tax and other process with tax authorities
• Income tax calculation and report – Lalur (Monthly)
• Deferred Tax Calculation
• Income Tax quarter end report
• Tax compensation and report – Perdcomp
• Copy of tax receipts
• Monthly Closing
• Review all tax and reconcile the tax accounts.
• Tax entries - PIS/COFINS
• Tax entries – Financial Revenue (PIS/COFINS)
• Tax Calculation on Billing
• VAT Payment Cashflow report
• CT and WHT Cashflow payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• MBA in Tax should be a differential
• 3 to 5 years of experience in tax analysis or related field
• Preferably CRC certification
• In‑depth knowledge of Brazilian tax laws and regulations,
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
