Job summary

Right Balance is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing technology startup team. You will focus on Accounts Receivable invoicing and collaborate with senior leadership to refine finance processes while supporting a 55+-engineer team and growing to 75+.

The role offers remote work from home or a shared coworking space, with 15–20 hours per week and overlap with US Pacific or CST time zones. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting, 3+ years in AR/AP and bookkeeping, plus strong

• 3+ years of full-time hands-on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience.
• 3+ years of full-time hands-on Bookkeeping experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in staffing/staff augmentation providing resources to clients as a vendor.
• Upper-intermediate to fluent spoken and written English, able to have real-time conversation.
• Ability to work in the US time zone.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep things on schedule.

• Accounts Receivable: customer invoicing

• Availability: 15-20 hours per week and looking for overlap either US Pacific or CST.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time hands-on Accounting experience.
