Job Purpose

The Account Manager will manage and grow the sales pipeline for a regional profit center, focusing on Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers and sites. This role is responsible for prospecting, lead nurturing, advancing opportunities, negotiating, and closing sales deals. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and driving the adoption of MTS solutions to enhance operational value.

Travel Requirements

Up to 50% travel, including domestic and international sites, industry events, and client meetings. Manage travel schedules independently while following company policies and safety protocols.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Develop new business and grow sales with existing customers
  • Upsell and cross‑sell MTS products and services
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
  • Engage with customers to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and support marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with policies and safety

Hiring Range
