A leading technology solutions provider seeks an experienced Account Manager – Hospitality to drive business growth by fostering relationships with hotel ownership groups and property management companies. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in networking or B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to create strategic business opportunities. This role includes managing the RUCKUS product adoption across North America with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

RUCKUS Networks is a global leader in advanced wired and wireless networking solutions, purpose-built to meet the evolving demands of the modern hospitality industry. We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused Asset Account Manager to expand and strengthen RUCKUS’s presence across North America. This role is dedicated to developing and managing strategic relationships with hotel ownership groups, REITs, asset managers, and property management companies—ultimately increasing RUCKUS product adoption through our valued LAN Service Provider (LSP) partners.
As an Asset Account Manager, you will be at the center of RUCKUS’s hospitality growth engine—building new relationships with hotel ownership and property management stakeholders while maintaining and expanding existing ones. You will drive demand for RUCKUS technologies by aligning property groups with our LSP ecosystem, ensuring each portfolio’s network infrastructure meets the highest standard of guest connectivity, operational efficiency, and long-term asset value.
Your success will directly influence revenue growth, strategic market expansion, and the continued leadership of RUCKUS in hospitality networking.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third‑party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $176,000.00 - $265,000.00.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
