What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maximize territory performance and drive sales with financial advisor clients to achieve net and gross sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager to develop and execute a strategic territory business plan
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, platforms, and strategies to effectively serve client needs
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, educational seminars, and follow‑up activities to enhance client engagement
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders and regional centers of influence
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; CIMA, CAIA, CFA designations, and/or an MBA are a plus
  • At least five (5) years of experience in an external client‑facing role, such as business development or field sales
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Proven track record in territory management and meeting sales quotas
  • Strong financial services background with knowledge of investment trends and advisor best practices
