A biotechnology company is seeking an Account Manager to develop sales in assigned accounts. This remote position requires candidates to reside in Brazil and handle key customer interfaces while understanding the company's products. Position Summary

Account Manager. Candidates must reside in Brazil. This is a contracted, remote position. Responsibilities include developing and achieving sales in the assigned accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop, establish, and implement an effective sales plan tailored to the assigned accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Focus on rapidly developing and growing business in the assigned accounts.
  • Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant Novogene divisions.
  • Maintain current understanding and knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Communicate accurately and efficiently with a wide range of professionals within assigned accounts.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to accurately document and track client‑related information and sales opportunities.
  • Field‑based position requiring availability to travel within Brazil.
Qualifications & Experience
  • BS degree in life science (biology, genetics, or related field); advanced degree or newly graduated candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology.
  • Prior sales and account management experience in biotech is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge/network within assigned accounts is a plus.
  • Independent, self‑driven, and goal‑oriented.
  • Experience with SFDC or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Some sales experience is required.
  • Must reside in Brazil and be available to travel within the country.
