Qualificações

Role Overview

We are seeking a high‑performing Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with our advertising clients across the APAC region, including direct advertisers and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end client relationships, ensuring successful campaign delivery, optimization, and KPI achievement.
  • Develop and implement advertising strategies to drive client ROI and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, tech) to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide clients with regular data analysis, performance reports, and actionable insights.
  • Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Stay informed about APAC advertising market trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile marketing as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of advertising operations, SDKs, attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust, and fraud prevention.
  • Strong project management, client servicing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to optimization.
  • Highly self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts remotely across time zones.
