Role Overview

Join us as an Account Executive at Connecteam, a Tel Aviv‑based startup whose mission is to transform the work experience of the global deskless workforce. Our business‑management platform helps thousands of businesses streamline operations and focus on growth.

The Account Executive is the face of Connecteam and the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll serve as a product expert, guide new users into becoming paying customers, provide exceptional service, and relay product feedback from a client perspective.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle and manage your own pipeline.
  • Consult businesses that have signed up to the platform and convert them to paying customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage.
  • Gather and relay client insights to improve product and roadmap.
  • Serve as the company’s eyes for client needs and trends.
  • Influence product development through close collaboration with cross‑department teams.
  • Act independently with ownership and initiative.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of international B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding monthly quotas.
  • Strong customer‑relations skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self‑learner and autodidact with high independence.
  • Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and project‑management tools.
  • Energetic, positive, and highly motivated; a must.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
