About the Role We’re hiring high-performing B2B SaaS Account Executives based in LATAM who want full ownership of their number and unlimited earning potential.
This is a role for builders, not order-takers. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, work directly with US-based customers, and be rewarded on performance. If you believe sales is the fastest path to growth, autonomy, and income, this role is for you.

Lilo is rebuilding procurement for Commercial Real Estate using AI.
Hotels and CRE operators still manage procurement with emails, calls, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge. Lilo replaces that chaos with a single AI-powered platform that automates purchasing, vendor management, invoice processing, and price optimization.

Own the entire outbound sales motion : prospecting, discovery, demo, close with US-based customers
Represent Lilo at industry events and network your way to high profile decision makers
Build and manage a pipeline of C-level operators, hotel owners, and decision-makers
Navigate consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Work closely with onboarding and product to ensure long-term customer success
Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level)
Up to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (closing role, not SDR-only)
Proven track record owning full sales cycles
Strong outbound prospecting skills (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Experience selling to US-based customers
Comfortable working remotely with high independence
Competitive, performance-driven mindset
Base salary : US$2,500 / Mo.
On Target Commission : $2,500+ / Mo. (50 / 50 split)
Total OTE : $5,000+ / Mo.
