99Food is seeking a customer-centric Operations Manager to join our team in a role that blends data-driven strategy with hands-on leadership. You will translate analytics into actionable business moves, drive marketplace performance, and scale impactful solutions across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage analysts, and ensure alignment across departments. This high-impact role requires strong SQL skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or analytics roles.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills, with the ability to structure problems and derive insights from data.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to drive alignment in cross-functional environments.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in English (Advanced level or above).

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic projects aimed at improving product and marketplace performance;
• Creating SQL queries to help analyze business metrics;
• Doing A/B Tests regarding Marketplace metrics and assisting the teams in decision-making;
• Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving our Product solutions;
• Aligning all points related to these projects with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and others);
• Organizing all project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams in the company

About The Team/role

We are looking for a customer-centric Operations Manager to join the 99Food team. Our mission is to build the best experience for our users and drive strategic and sustainable growth.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, manage a team of analysts or cross-area contributors, and be responsible for translating data-driven insights into actionable business strategies. You will play a key role in shaping our marketplace performance, driving operational excellence, and scaling impactful solutions across the organization.

This is a high-impact position that combines technical proficiency, strong business acumen, and stakeholder management. You will contribute to the growth of the business while developing and empowering your team.
