Overview

As Analyst, Product Industrialization & Sampling, LAM, Taste you will be responsible and lead advancements in our pilot plant.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review LAM sampling E2E process performance metrics (collection, lead time, service level agreement, quality index and punctuality) and support implementation.
• Assist the LAM Sampling Team Leaders and Planning in assess their E2E process.
• Identify process and equipment improvements in LAM Sampling and pilot plant and support Engineering / Operations in the implementation.
• Support on evaluation of investment list in LAM sampling capabilities.
• Owns and drives standardization and best practices.
• Ensure continuous dialogue with technical stakeholders, Industrialization and business functions.
• Providing troubleshooting assistance to the Operations team.
• Assist LAM Sampling team leaders within the Sampling and Pilot Plant to continuously improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Work in partnership with Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing team aiming to improve processes and also in the development of projects for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Chemical engineering or other related.
• Flavors / Perfumery background.
• English advanced.
• Spanish intermediate.
• Strong communications skills, able to distill problems and data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong Continuous Improvement experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong capability for collaborating in multicultural teams.
• Large database management expertise (Power BI, Excel, SAP reports).
