Qualificações

  • Academic background preferably in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related areas such as Economics and Administration.
  • Advanced level of English required.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.

Responsabilidades

  • Issue export documents in the SAP system.
  • Provide documentation for issuing Export Declaration to the broker.
  • Coordinate air and sea export shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with export legislation and health authorities.
  • Track data in Excel meeting KPI demands.

The Position

Imports and exports

Responsibilities
  • Issuance of export documents (commercial invoice and packing list) in the SAP system;
  • Provide documentation for the issuance of DUE (Export Declaration) to the broker;
  • Provide documents for the logistics team to issue "nota fiscal" (local invoice);
  • Coordinate the schedule of air and sea export shipments;
  • Coordinate the sending of samples via courier;
  • Analyze the need to issue the Certificate of Origin;
  • Ensuring that exports are in accordance with the company's legislation and compliance;
  • Prepare all documentation with the regulatory affairs department to present to the health authorities and allow the approval of the import of biological and medicinal products;
  • Monitor special requirements for the cold chain of supplements (envirotainers, and temptales, etc.);
  • Follow up of orders to be shipped according to schedule;
  • Work with the planning area to align the estimated delivery date of orders;
  • Attend to health authorities' import license requirements (before shipping);
  • Coordinate and give shipment instructions to Broker.
  • Keep track of data in Excel, complying with the demands of the KPI department and adherence;
  • Participate in meetings with other markets to align priorities and demands;
  • Work on improvement projects and monitor / help parallel projects.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • Academic background preferably in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related areas such as Economics and Administration.
  • English - advanced
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills
  • Spanish - desirable
