Qualifications

Experience with Java or Python in production systems.
Strong DevOps practices and CI/CD familiarity.
Hands-on with Kubernetes or AWS EKS for container orchestration.
Knowledge of Oracle or similar relational databases.
Experience supporting production environments and on-call rotations.
Proficient in Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring.
Security-focused software engineering and operations.
Willingness to work onsite in São Paulo three days per week.

Position Overview

We are looking for an SRE DevOps professional to support and maintain secure, reliable production environments by combining software engineering, DevOps practices, container orchestration, database operations, and observability. The professional will be responsible for supporting production systems, participating in on-call operations, monitoring application and infrastructure services, and contributing to operational reliability. The position involves working across application, container, and database layers, applying security principles and observability practices to maintain stable production environments.
