Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a hybrid role in São Paulo, Brazil. You will lead complex initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and report to senior leadership to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong English, PMBOK knowledge, and hands-on risk and budget management in dynamic environments. Hybrid setup includes twice-weekly on-site work at the São Paulo location.

Qualifications

This is a hybrid position, with on-site work twice a week at Eusebio Matoso, São Paulo.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on medium- to high-complexity initiatives with strategic scope.
• Advanced or fluent English for meetings, presentations, and negotiations with international stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of the PMBOK Guide and experience with project management tools and performance indicators.
• Hands-on experience with risk management, budget control, change management, and client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with proactivity and resilience in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP® certification from PMI or a related certification.
• Experience with agile or hybrid methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience delivering projects in technology, innovation, or digital transformation.
• Experience managing and reporting on portfolios or PMOs at the executive level.
