Qualifications

Welder

A reputable welding company in Manama is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques on different types of metal materials.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques and materials needed
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Perform various types of welding such as MIG, TIG, arc, and gas welding
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
• Repair damaged or broken parts using welding techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder with knowledge of various welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Good understanding of safety procedures when working with hot metals and equipment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and work in various positions while welding
• Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in Welding is preferred
• Valid work permit or visa sponsorship for non-Bahraini candidates
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an asset but not required

The salary for this part-time position is 1100$ per month.
