We are looking for a warehouse operator, who will be an integral part of our logistics team, managing daily operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team in Bahrain, youll work in an ONSITE environment, facilitating the smooth storage, organization, and dispatch of goods. This position is ideal for individuals who value hands-on work and thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods following company standards
• Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely (after training)
• Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Assist with regular inventory audits and cycle counting
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets

Requirements for the Role

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar logistics role preferred
• Basic understanding of inventory software and warehouse procedures
• Ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes safely
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
