You will handle camera setup, lighting, and composition, collaborate with editors and designers to refine concepts, and ensure brand guidelines and project objectives drive storytelling across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, executing, and overseeing end-to-end video projects.
• Hands-on camera operation with knowledge of lenses and stabilizing gear.
• Ability to set up lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Experience creating short-form social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and tracking trends.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Videographer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Southern Governorate, Bahrain. This role involves planning, shooting, and producing video content for social media, campaigns, and brand projects, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. The Videographer will handle camera setup, lighting, and composition, collaborate with creatives and clients to refine concepts, and capture footage that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily tasks include coordinating shoot logistics, operating cameras and related equipment, organizing and backing up footage, and working closely with editors and designers to ensure consistent visual quality and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, executing, and overseeing end-to-end video projects.
• Candidates should possess hands-on Camera Operation skills, including familiarity with Camera settings, lenses, and stabilizing equipment.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in Lighting and Shooting Video, including setting up lighting for indoor and outdoor environments.
• Experience creating short-form social media video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and following platform trends is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with a creative team, follow brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Basic video editing proficiency and knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing recent video work.
