Qualifications

As a temporary truck driver in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial motor vehicle and delivering goods to various locations. This is a short-term position that is ideal for those without prior experience or for freshers looking to gain experience in the truck driving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
• Safely load and unload cargo from the truck at designated locations
• Plan routes and navigate to various delivery locations efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the road
• Perform routine checks on the truck's condition and report any maintenance issues immediately
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while on the road and at delivery sites

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of cargo and long hours of driving
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
