Job summary

Flyper in Muharraq, Bahrain seeks an experienced Surveyor on a contract basis. You will conduct land surveys, gather measurements, and produce maps and reports using AutoCAD, GIS, and modern surveying equipment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Geomatics Engineering with at least 2 years of surveying experience, strong math skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Visa sponsorship is not provided. This position is based in Muharraq with potential site travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as a Surveyor in construction or development.
• Proficiency with total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
• Strong surveying principles, methods, and calculations.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and GIS for mapping.

Surveyor (Contract)

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis in Muharraq.

Position Overview

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating accurate maps and measurements to assist in various construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using the latest surveying equipment and techniques.
• Gather data, measurements, and information from various sources including aerial photographs, plans, and field observations.
• Create accurate maps and charts using computer software programs.
• Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other essential information.
• Prepare detailed reports of survey findings for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to assist in planning and executing construction projects.
• Ensure all survey activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Surveyor in a construction or development setting.
• Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations quickly and accurately.

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position.

Location

This position is based in Muharraq but may require occasional travel to different project sites within Bahrain.
