Job summary

SafeBox in Muharraq is seeking a motivated Surveyor Assistant to join our team. The role supports surveyors in land and site surveys, data collection, and drafting based on survey findings. You will maintain records, perform measurements, and help ensure safety and accuracy on-site.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associate's preferred), at least 1 year in surveying, and familiarity with AutoCAD, total stations, GPS, and laser levels. Immediate start is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Associate's degree in surveying or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working as a surveyor or in a related field.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist surveyors with conducting surveys of land, construction sites, and other designated areas
• Collect data and measurements using various tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of survey results
• Perform calculations to determine distances, angles, areas, and other relevant data
• Assist with drafting plans, maps, and charts based on survey data
• Communicate with team members to coordinate surveying activities
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while conducting surveys
• Keep equipment clean and well-maintained at all times
