Job summary

Work standard in Al-Malikiyah, Bahrain, seeks a motivated Surveyor Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. You will support the surveying crew with data collection, measure distances and angles, set up equipment, and help with calculations under supervision.

This role is open to men without prior surveying experience; physical outdoor work; training provided; local candidates preferred.

Surveyor vacancy in Al-Malikiyah Bahrain

Surveyor Assistant. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will provide support to the surveying team by assisting with data collection, measuring and recording distances and angles, and performing other tasks as directed. This is a contract position suitable for men without prior experience in surveying.

Responsibilities

• Assist surveying team with data collection using various tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, and drones
• Measure and record distances, angles, elevations, and other geometric data accurately
• Set up and maintain surveying equipment
• Perform basic calculations to determine coordinates, areas, and volumes
• Keep accurate records of all data collected during surveys
• Follow safety procedures at all times while on site
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns to the Surveyor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferably in a technical field)
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record measurements
• Basic math skills for calculations
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from the Surveyor

Salary

This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Location

This position will be based in Al-Malikiyah. Preference will be given to local candidates.
