The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in the food and beverage industry and be able to manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the café.
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of baristas and waiters.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory control and stock management.
• Assist with scheduling and shift management.
