Job summary

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain invites applications for a Guest Services Executive – Spa Department. The role focuses on greeting guests, escorting them, handling enquiries, and upholding service standards in a luxury spa setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with an international luxury hospitality company.
• Experience of working with Opera system.
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to various locations in the spa, ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, handle guest enquiries, recommend and arrange amenities, and run errands as necessary.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide appropriate products, services, or information.
• Recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation per procedures; inform managers as necessary.
• Maintain operation and cleanliness of the Reception Desk; ensure areas are stocked and compliant with SOPs.
• Prepare and set tables and/or trays according to property standards and guest requirements.
