Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience, with at least 3 years in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, foundations, drainage, roads, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with international and local engineering standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise civil works for solar projects, including site prep, foundations, drainage, roads, and infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements and suitability.
• Review engineering drawings for compliance with project specs and standards.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage subcontractors, materials and site resources to ensure timely execution.
• Track project schedules, costs and progress; provide regular reports.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and support commissioning and handover.
