We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with experience in marine construction projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing and supervising marine civil engineering works such as docks, piers, seawalls, and offshore structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations related to marine construction activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical standards.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Collaborate with design teams to address any engineering challenges during construction.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation and manage materials and equipment on site.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Site Engineer in marine or coastal construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of marine engineering principles, methods, and materials.
  • Experience working with piling, dredging, cofferdams, and underwater concreting is a plus.
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
