Job summary

Scriptbh seeks a Lead IT professional to manage infrastructure, security operations and IT delivery across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will oversee network and server upkeep, IAM, cloud monitoring, DevOps automation and disaster recovery, while coordinating cross‑functional teams and vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar capacity and a bachelor’s in a related field, with cloud and security certifications. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience covering system administration, security operations and IT delivery management.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems; cloud and security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update network, server and computer systems.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects coordinating teams and vendors.
• Monitor and maintain cloud environments (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
• Implement DevOps tools for automated deployment.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Handle L2 helpdesk escalations and lead the IT helpdesk.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and reports.
• Deliver preventive maintenance and proactive support per SLA.
• Oversee IT equipment tracking and management.
• Lead security operations and incident management.
• Propose and evaluate IT solutions for security and efficiency.
• Support seminars and events with AV solutions.
