Job summary

A leading provider of industrial automation is seeking a candidate to support Process Control Field Instruments sales and business development in Bahrain. Responsibilities include studying tenders and RFQs, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating with different teams to deliver technical proposals. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers to close deals and support the achievement of sales budgets in a diverse and inclusive work environment.

  • Studying PCI tenders & RFQs.
  • Negotiating third-party suppliers for tech/comm buyout items.
  • Collaborating with Yokogawa factories for proposals.
  • Visiting customers to support the sales team.
  • Handover customer orders to sourcing.
  • Support affiliate to achieve annual PCI OI budget.

Job Purpose

For support Process Control Field Instruments [PCI] sales and business development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Studying PCI tenders & RFQs.
  • Negotiating 3rd party suppliers to get the best tech/comm buyout items offers
  • Working with YHQ & other Yokogawa factories to propose to customer the best technical & commercial proposals
  • Visiting YMA customers in any YMA area to support front end sales team to conclude/close technical / commercial deals
  • Supporting in handover customer orders to sourcing
  • Supporting YMA affiliate to achieve their annual PCI OI budget
