Job summary

ARRAY is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade software using Python. You will own features end-to-end, lead AI/ML initiatives, and ensure high-quality code through reviews.

In this role you'll mentor a small team, contribute to technical direction, and build scalable cloud-based solutions with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and robust documentation. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years hands-on Python experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Proficient in AI libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools for efficient delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Python software solutions.
• Own features end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Lead full AI/ML lifecycle inside production products.
• Maintain coding standards, perform code reviews, mentor engineers.
• Contribute to technical direction and guide the team.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with stakeholders.
• Architect scalable cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish MLOps pipelines for monitoring and retraining of models.
