Qualifications

• Certification in plumbing or equivalent vocational training.
• 3+ years of experience in plumbing, including installation, maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with commercial and residential plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage, irrigation, water supply systems, and sanitary fixtures.
• Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Interpret and implement building architecture plans and plumbing workshop drawings.
• Coordinate with civil contractors, MEP teams, electricians, and other professionals to ensure integration of plumbing systems.
• Supervise and guide junior plumbers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies such as leaks, blockages, and system failures.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to prevent issues.
