Iconic Advisory BH is seeking a Senior Associate Odoo Developer in Bahrain to design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and applications, focusing on optimizing business processes. The role is full-time, with local relocation possible.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on Odoo development experience, strong knowledge of core Odoo modules, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Odoo development experience.
• Familiar with Odoo’s Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and HR modules.
• Highly creative and autonomous.
• Experience integrating Odoo with third-party APIs and services.
• Available in Bahrain or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules, workflows, and reports based on business requirements
• Customize Odoo’s core functionalities (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing) to suit business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, applying fixes or suggesting improvements
• Negotiate and contract
• Master demos of our software
