Overview

Perseptex is seeking a highly respected physician to serve as a Senior Medical Advisor in Bahrain. This role is intended for a clinician with strong credibility, deep understanding of healthcare delivery, and a passion for improving clinical efficiency and staff capacity. The Senior Medical Advisor will support evidence-based evaluation of Perseptex’s technology, participate in research or case studies, and represent Perseptex at clinical and academic events across Bahrain.

This role focuses on clinical insight, thought leadership, and system improvement, not commercial sales.

Responsibilities

Clinical & Scientific Insight

• Contribute to research initiatives, case studies, or clinical evaluations that demonstrate the impact of Perseptex’s AI systems.
• Present findings or educational content at medical conferences, grand rounds, and professional forums.
• Communicate the clinical relevance and rigor of Perseptex’s solutions in an evidence-based, physician-centered way.

Healthcare System Improvement

• Advise hospitals and clinics on opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance staff capacity.
• Provide clinical perspective on where AI-enabled tools can support care teams, improve quality metrics, or reinforce patient safety.
• Offer insights into local clinical practices, regulatory expectations, and standards of care in Bahrain.

Strategic Medical Advisory

• Guide Perseptex on Bahrain’s healthcare priorities, clinical challenges, and operational realities.
• Support the development of materials that reflect accurate clinical context and resonate with Bahraini clinicians.
• Ensure all clinical positioning is aligned with ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Physician (MD/MBBS) with significant clinical experience and professional credibility in Bahrain.
• Experience presenting at conferences, participating in research, or contributing to clinical improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, hospital operations, or quality improvement methodologies.
• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency (required).
• Fluent English listening ability required; spoken English competency preferred but not required.
• Clear and articulate communicator with the ability to engage both clinical and administrative audiences.

Additional Expectations

• Willingness to travel within Bahrain for meetings, conferences, and site visits.
• Ability to learn Perseptex’s technology in depth and translate it into clinically meaningful insights.
