AECOM is seeking an experienced Marine & Coastal Engineer based in Manama, Bahrain, with a minimum of 5 years in marine and coastal design to support coastal protection, marine structures and shoreline development.

You will perform project tasks under supervision, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, prepare calculations and reports, mentor junior engineers, and ensure work meets standards and budgets across Middle East projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Marine, or Coastal Engineering.
• MSc in Coastal, Marine, or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the Middle East region preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform specific portions of engineering assignments under supervision.
• Undertake design calculations, development, and simple tests.
• Gather, review, correlate, and interpret basic engineering data.
• Assist in the design of marine and coastal infrastructure.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure work adheres to standards, project specs and budgets.
• Participate in design reviews and technical meetings.
