Job summary

hudsonmanpower is seeking a skilled Engine Mechanic in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both petrol and diesel engines, with the ability to diagnose engine faults and perform overhauls and repairs effectively.

Responsibilities include engine disassembly, inspection, and reassembly, ensuring performance standards are met. Candidates must possess good English communication skills and hands-on expertise in engine diagnosis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engine Mechanic (Petrol & Diesel).
• Strong knowledge of engine overhaul and rebuilding.
• Experience in engine diagnosis and fault finding.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of fuel systems and ignition systems.
• Good English communication skills (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose engine faults through inspection, testing, and performance analysis.
• Perform complete engine disassembly and inspect components for wear and damage.
• Measure engine parts and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Clean, organize, and prepare engine components for reassembly.
• Reassemble engines with correct procedures, torque settings, and timing alignment.
• Service and calibrate diesel injection systems and petrol fuel/ignition systems.
• Conduct post-repair testing and ensure engine performance meets standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues after overhaul.
