Job summary

Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo B.S.C (c) in Bahrain is seeking a capable professional to design, document and develop new solutions for multiple lines of business using the RICE framework. The role includes modifying existing solutions and rolling out customizations to the business.

You will map user requirements, identify KPIs, train users, manage data migration, monitor performance and maintain quality and safety standards while providing regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience and / or a combination of experience and education.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant subject

Responsibilities

• Design, document and develop new solutions for new or existing lines of business using RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancements) components
• Modify, enhance and add customizations to the existing solution, as required and ensuring to roll out to the business
• Communicating and understanding users and process owners to gain buy in and develop business implementation strategies
• Identify Key Performance Indicators and develop business implementation strategies.
• Assist the business users in mapping and streamlining the business practices, and implement the various relevant modules
• Conduct user training, troubleshooting, identifying and analyzing bugs and other performance issues, ensuring to take corrective action in a timely manner
• Plan and manage the data migration process, data integrity and data cleansing.
• Monitor the system’s performance and ensure the optimal response time is achieved
• Provide the necessary training to the end users on all the solution’s functionalities
• Ensure continuous liaison with the end users to achieve solution objectives, conducting user trainings and providing the required user support to maintain customer satisfaction
• Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times
• Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis
• Maintain company EHSQ policy and procedure and improve safety culture
• All other job-related duties, as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant subject
