  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain VAT and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, cash flow).
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Ensure VAT filing and compliance with LMRA, GOSI, and Ministry of Labour requirements.
  • Supervise and develop junior accounting staff.
  • Support business expansion with financial insights.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and outlet managers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant to oversee our Accounts Department. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, managing compliance with Bahrain regulations, and providing timely reporting to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, cash flow).
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Ensure VAT filing and compliance with LMRA, GOSI, and Ministry of Labour requirements.
  • Supervise and develop junior accounting staff.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and outlet managers.
  • Support business expansion with financial insights and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 4+ years’ experience (hospitality/retail sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain VAT and compliance regulations.
