Job summary

A reputable company in Bahrain is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to manage their traditional trade sales channel. You will lead a team to achieve sales targets, maintain customer relationships, and drive market expansion. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of FMCG sales experience and an MBA. Compensation includes a basic salary of BD300, accommodation, and performance bonuses. Contributions to success can lead to a salary increase after six months.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
• GCC valid light driving license is a plus.

• Manage relationships with existing customers for satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
