Job summary

MapleClass Education is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Al-Malikiyah. You will contact potential customers, promote products, and close sales while building and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and teamwork, with fluency in Arabic and Kurdish. A biometric passport is required, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) are necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish.
• Proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
• A valid biometric passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings to introduce our products.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and product features.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Keep track of inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
• Prepare sales reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
