As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that our customers have a positive and enjoyable dining experience. This is a contract job with a salary of $1400. We are looking for someone with prior experience in the restaurant industry who is able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
  • Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and timely food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor expenses and maintain budget goals.

Requirements
