Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Analyst Programmer for a hybrid role with relocation to Malta. The position requires a university degree in computing or business, D365CE certification, and at least 3 years’ experience in Dynamics CRM.

You will work on configuration, customization, dashboards, and integrations using a broad Microsoft tech stack. Role includes a mix of on-site collaboration and remote work, with a strong focus on delivering enterprise-scale solutions and

Qualifications

A University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline.
A Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Certification (2015, 2016 or 365).
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement/CRM Online 2015, 2016 or 365.
Understanding of best practices for .Net development, including source control, unit testing, and build processes.
Experience in D365CE Configuration, Customisation, dashboards, forms, views, and reports development.
Knowledge of CRM functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Professional Services.
Understanding of the Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Service.
Experience with Power Platform stack (Power Apps & Power Automate).
D365CE Integration Development using CDS, Flow, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus.
Experience with Azure DevOps (VSTS) for source control and pipelines.
HTML5 Development aligned with D365CE.
MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS knowledge.
Data migration experience with D365CE best practices.
Experience with third party integration tools (e.g., Scribe, KingswaySoft).
Experience with D365CE accelerators and ISV solutions.
Experience working with on/offshore teams.
Delivery-oriented IT environment with waterfall/agile.
Documentation for work packages for offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Contribute to delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 CE solutions for clients.
Collaborate with Architects and Senior Developers on design and project documentation.
Work in Agile or Waterfall approaches as needed.
Implement technical solutions in D365CE to meet customer requirements.
Keep design and technical documentation up to date during development.
Develop components in the broader Microsoft stack (Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, PowerApps).
Coordinate with on-shore and off/near-shore teams.
Deliver work per MBS project methodology on time and budget.
Participate in technical/design working groups and adhere to standards.
Ensure code management, source control, unit testing, and code reviews.
Support automated build/release strategies with Architects.
Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage risks.
