Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Valid registration with the Bahrain Dietitians Registration Committee (BDRC).
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients based on medical history, lifestyle, and dietary preferences.
• Educate patients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and food choices to manage chronic conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans as needed.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized nutrition counseling and education to clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive nutrition plans for patients with various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• - Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients based on their medical history, lifestyle, and dietary preferences
• - Educate patients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and food choices to improve overall health and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity
• - Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans as needed
• - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
• - Stay up-to-date on the latest research in the field of nutrition and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care
• - Provide nutrition education to community groups and organizations as needed
