Dietitian vacancy in Al-Malikiyah Bahrain

Registered Dietitian

Our medical center in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing individualized nutrition therapy and education to our patients, as well as developing and implementing nutrition programs. You will work closely with our healthcare team to assess patients' nutritional needs and develop plans to promote health and prevent disease.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients based on their medical conditions, dietary preferences, and goals


• Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans


• Provide nutrition education to patients on topics such as healthy eating habits, weight management, and chronic disease management


• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients


• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporate new information into patient care plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution


• Current registration with the appropriate licensing board or association in the country of origin (if not registered in Al-Malikiyah)


• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Dietitian in a clinical setting


• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, renal disease, etc.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Salary:

• We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
