Job Description:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates to meet the company’s manpower needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate the hiring process in alignment with HR policies.
  • Support in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other employer branding initiatives.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
