Job description
The Company:

A successful Construction Group are seeking a Project Director in Manama, Bahrain. The company are engaged in civil engineering and building works, with expertise in commercial, residential and hotel projects.

Description / Role:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of a major building construction project, ensuring alignment with client objectives, specification, terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets to meet business goals.
  • Oversee contracting processes, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality project.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during execution.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the project.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any contractual dispute may rise during execution.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in construction management with Tier 1 Main Contractors.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise in contracting and procurement processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering and preferably a Masters in the same field or Construction Management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP).
  • Grade A CRPEP registration(oreligibility).
