Job summary

Nass Group & Corporation in Bahrain seeks a Production Manager to oversee quarry, asphalt and aggregate operations across Nass Asphalt projects, ensuring uninterrupted material supply and reliable production performance.

The role focuses on improving efficiency, maximizing plant utilization, reducing downtime, coordinating with maintenance, QA, HSE, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams, and guiding a team of over 120 staff across office and site locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant GCC country experience in a similar position.
• Preferred degree or diploma in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Minerals Management Technology.
• Strong communication, coordination and analytical abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage quarry, asphalt, crushing, screening, recycling and aggregate production operations.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor production costs and drive productivity improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee manpower, equipment requirements and deployment across sites.
• Prepare monthly reports and KPIs and coordinate with Project Managers, Sales and Commercial teams.
